@bekouk I’m honestly at my wits’ end. You’ve already agreed to replace my fridge freezer after it caught fire, but your CS Team keeps transferring me between random departments, even a store I didn’t buy it from. The professional standards in your organisation are appalling.

@virginmedia Needed broadband activating at my new address, transferred to over 30 customer service agents every single person told me a different story. Managers supposed to call back that don’t. Telling me I don’t have a password on my account and refusing to speak to me. Bonkers!

@virginmedia Diabolical customer service. Spent 5 hours today going round in circles. Still unresolved. Left unconnected and told different tales by every member of staff! Shocking

@Adosnapper Hey Andy I'm good thanks you. It was in the photo studio in Lister, was showing folks round and it caught my eye. I was like Wow!!! Lora said no one wants to get rid of it and no one is to wipe it off 😀😀😀

[Eamon Ward BA (Hons) @eamonkward]

@Adosnapper How nice it was coming into work this morning and seeing a message from you... blast from the past!! 😀

@FirstBusnews Why is I pay monthly for a ticket but I end walking 4 miles to work as your service is atrocious! Not enough services for customer demand, buses cancelled and then overcrowded. Prices go up but service gets worse. #sortitout #noservice

Once all this weather dies down I'll have to stick up some found posters for the additional wheelie bin that's ended up outside my door #StormEunice

Great service from @virginmedia today with my home move. Not only did my batteries in my existing remote leak acid and you replaced it… I didn’t have a HDMI cable which you gave me so I could get set up. 5* service. Thanks for making everything so easy!

@ProfCathHarper @TracyAnnO I imagine the reality to be much worse than could ever have been portrayed! However, it was brilliantly produced, we need more programmes like #RidleyRoad that tell the stories of the past so that they not forgotten.

[Eamon Ward BA (Hons) @eamonkward]

#Ridleyroad is amazing!! Very well written with the amazing @TracyAnnO. Highly recommend you watch. You won’t be disappointed. A very important story in British History. Fascism cannot and will not win
