@itscoachgoodman Just finished a month there with our kiddos. Lots of lessons learned for us/them. Had to stop back in Tokyo for a few days a month after we left and they loved it. And had remembered all the rules!! Small wins
Mythos is not a bad name for a model but it would be better if Anthropic switched to using famous Claudes. Monet, Debussy etc. The final model that achieves AGI would obviously be Van Damme
During question period our government is telling us things are great while economic headlines and boots on the ground are telling a different story. What happens when they try censoring X??
There you have it.
Mark Carney timed his partial temporary gas tax pause until labour day to save Canadian drivers precisely net zero from today's prices.
End all gas taxes now to save drivers money at the pump: https://t.co/n5sYnbfWBD
I actually find it repulsive to watch this scene from the HOC. The fact that the government ministers can sit there and laugh at Carney’s comments like Canada isn’t in the middle of a massive economic crisis is bewildering
Carney gets destroyed in The HOC’s today and I’m shocked CBC is reporting it. But since Carney wanted to scream he can count,I would love to know when is he planning on paying down our debt instead of spending??
Unbelievable new RBC report: Between 2015-2024, more than $1 trillion in investment exited Canada, making it the largest capital exodus in Canadian history.
This is the record of the Liberal government under Justin Trudeau and Mark Carney.
I think the past 15 months will go down in history as a stain on Canadian politics. Starting with Trudeau’s proroguing of government with the NDPs help and now this questionable majority.
The Liberal party has Patrick Pichette a former Senior VP of Google on stage who lives in Europe by the way, say that if Canadians want to leave Canada to work in the US they need to pay an exit tax of half a million dollars. The guy did the very thing to get a Microsoft job decades ago and paid 30 bucks. Now he wants young Canadians to be trapped here. The Liberals are nuts.
Could this be the next Prime Minister of Canada?
Recently, I’ve been finding myself up all night trying to figure out what the hell is going on in the world and if we're on the verge of World War III…
So, today I’m sitting down with Pierre Poilievre who is the leader of Canada's Conservative Party and Leader of the Opposition. He became one of the youngest MPs elected to Canadian parliament and has spent 2 decades fighting for working class people and fair opportunities.
Pierre told me that he’s on a mission to make Canada the freest and most affordable place in the world, and he’s not stopping until that happens.
To give you more context on his background, Pierre was adopted at birth by two school teachers who struggled financially and ended up losing multiple homes which meant that they had to start again from nothing several times throughout his childhood.
That experience shaped what he believes about work, money, and fairness. When speaking about his parents, he told me that they taught him that it doesn’t matter where you come from. It matters what you do.
That belief is now at the centre of everything he’s trying to change.
@mtlgazette Man give it a rest. Is this the highest and most imperative thing we need to be dealing with as a nation. Our government are not serious people!!
Could not agree more. Almost zero economic growth as a country in 10 years compared to similar nations and this is what we’re focused on. These are not serious people!!!
Why are we planning stupid political theatre games in the face of a horrendous tragedy that killed 2 young Canadian pilots?
Air Canada spoke about a tragedy in English....who cares?
Here, I fixed it for you:
"Look, this is a tragedy for 2 young families and Canada as a nation. While it's true we are a dual-language country and typically these communications occur in both French and English, we need to be focusing our energy on supporting these families and investigating these incidents to ensure they never happen again. This is the only place we should be devoting our energy right now."
