@andyholloway Not a very progressive training staff? Teams like the Titans' regularly incorporated kettlebells and other ballistic movements, and their players were ironmen. Heavy squats and deadlifts are cool and help you push hard in one direction, but keep you unbalanced and weak laterally
@iTweetTurf When we used lattice turning boards, they broke too easily, then became a huge trip hazard. I'm also pretty convinced their vibration when used contributes to collar decline since there's so much edge-to-turf contact
@TurfgrassZealot From a muni course in the midwest... if the senior league doesn't run it over, one of our mowers will. And on the off chance someone actually uses it, they'll never put it back. Plus the added maintenance of edging the receptacle every week so it doesn't vanish... no thank you
@CantALoupe_FF 10 team full ppr, Hurts was a keeper in round 5. Started off 0-4, losing to the highest scoring team each week (I've led this league in scoring since week 2). I'd "given up" close to 800 points through 4 games.
