@KarolDillon8 Absolutely. They will, but I think it’ll take longer than people think. Pros get full off seasons. Inter county players off with clubs now until Oct/Nov. Little opportunity to change anything drastic. Then you’re into pre season. Time will tell but it’s more difficult for GAA.
@KarolDillon8 Timing the year is going to be so hard moving forward if a team has a good year that runs deep, they will suffer the next year. Same goes if they push S&C too hard early in the year, the ability to produce won’t be there. Answers won’t be in gym. Too much being asked all over
@KarolDillon8 We can be looking for detailed answers here but it’s simple. S&C’s are getting less and less time to work w/ players
Coaches are under more pressure to ‘show up’ tactically = more training for players = less time for S&C to *evolve* gym = more load on bodies = more injury

@CahairOKane1 Absolutely not, from a current player/coach point of view, players will be pulled and fouled straight away. Anything to slow down the game from what it is.
No point stepping backwards now when it’s working. The jeopardy is what makes players follow the rules. Take it away and..
