It was an honor to present at The Robert L. Comis, MD Translational Science Symposium on the role that inflammation plays in tumorigenesis with the aim to find targets for cancer prevention and interception. Thanks ECOG-ACRIN cancer research group for this incredible opportunity.
Grateful to @eaonc for the opportunity to present our research and for selecting me among the Young Investigator Award recipients for an oral presentation at the Fall meeting!
🧬🫁 I shared our findings from 14,246 patients with NSCLC, highlighting how the genomic drivers and tumor immune landscape differ across age groups, with important implications for precision oncology.
Thankful to my mentor @GlopesMd@SylvesterCancer and all our collaborators for their continued support! @Latinamd@Labcorp@NarjustFlorezMD@DionysiosWatson@DesaiP_Oncdoc
That is a serious group on that stage. Collaborative groups like ECOG-ACRIN are where practice-changing trials actually get done. I'd have loved to be in the room for this one. Kudos for pulling them together. #CancerResearch
Fantastic fall 2026 @eaonc meeting! Great to connect with colleagues nationwide and brainstorm on concepts in development. Honored to take on a leadership role within the Kidney Cancer Subcommittee as Chair for community - helping broaden access to kidney cancer research.

Really enjoyed the ECOG-ACRIN Fall Meeting! Great to catch up with colleagues, meet new collaborators, and talk through ideas for moving our trials forward. Thanks to everyone who helped put together such a worthwhile meeting!
Very interesting and pertains to myeloma even more.
Dr. Mark Rocschewski @MSKCancerCenter presenting at @eaonc Heme Malignancy session showed this interesting slide pertaining to large cell lymphoma.
Patients who clear circulating tumor DNA of course do well. But what’s interesting is 25% of patients with detectable circulating tumor DNA have no recurrence. A real plateau!
Residual ctDNA (or MRD) may not necessarily mean bad outcome.
Do you have early-stage #melanoma and are age 75 or older? If so, you may be eligible to participate in this study of a potential new treatment approach. More info: https://t.co/w8gx60ULqd #SkinCancer#MelanomaResearch
ECOG-ACRIN announces a national trial of ivonescimab for first-line treatment of advanced biliary tract cancer | EA2251 will be led by Deirdre Cohen @TischCancer and supported by @theNCI and @SMMT_TX
