@DHLexpress what is our recourse as a business when a driver says they attempted delivery and they did not? Too many times we get an alert they attempted delivery and will try again to tomorrow when we are sitting in our store waiting and get an alert saying delivery attempted!

@Starbucks you might need some training at the new LGA Terminal E baggage. Chatter on who should do what and not enough just doing. Wow .. very very slow and sloppy

@Delta need to finish boarding a zone before starting the next. Your on point but MIA-JFK 2238 started general before comf was finished creating a mad dash for the calm line. Still love ya but need to keep the gate in order. Cameras make it easy to check what went on at the gate.

@Delta I’ll call customer service. One odd thing is the attendant who I am referring to has no name badge and just a white shirt. Kind of odd attire for crew.

@Delta It’s annoying because they are they ones who checked it. They felt it easier to check it than help fit it in. And it would fit. I’m just disappointed as lazy is not your way & something I have not encountered. If I was in coach fine but not comfort.

@AmazonHelp It’s the fact that they came here & instead of delivering it they changed the status I wanted to know why it changed from being delivered now at my place of business to “The delivery of your package has been rescheduled based on your shipment instructions for the carrier
