UPDATE!!! She came in for her 8 week follow up and reported the vaginal estrogen has changed her life. She’s having sex and swimming in a pool again. Not a single UTI symptom. She was overjoyed! A simple solution that can greatly impact women with GSM. @drrachelrubin

He told her if the UTIs came back she’d have to be on antibiotics the rest of her life 🤬 We had a long conversation and I pointed her to @drrachelrubin accounts for further info. She was so grateful. And I was left wondering how some people are still allowed to practice 😑
