What I feel at this very moment does not exists on its own. This is my natural response to factors internal and external that moves my being to respond as it is currently doing.
Some of these factors are stressful thoughts about the future, some are nostalgic ( a longing for time passed) but at this very moment that I write down in this journal they exists only in my mind, as thoughts. None of them are happening at this very moment.
When you die, your life will be summarized into facts about your early life, 1–3 short anecdotes showing your qualities, what you meant to others, and who you’re survived by.
Whatever you’re stressed about today won’t make the list.
