Madison is a very active young girl whose laugh can cheer you up in an instant! She uses her dedicated AAC with Touch Chat to communicate her wants/needs and is very efficient in using her device. Madison loves to play catch, chase, tag and hide and seek with staff and peers!

Autism Awareness month isn't just a time to celebrate people with autism, but also a month about understanding it- Families impacted by autism deal with it 24 hours a day.... It doesn't shut off...

Keylee is awesome! She loves to throw kisses to everyone she sees and quick to jump to a classmate's defense when they are corrected for making a poor choice 😁 She is also the first one to cheer for another student or staff member when playing a game or learning something new!!

Lucas is always so happy and runs from the bus to the classroom each day! He has so many friends at school, absolutely hates when classmates are having a rough day and tries to comfort them. He's been learning/using his communication device to let classmates/staff know his needs!

Sarai is a sweet and kind young lady who enjoys helping her teachers! Sarai loves to impress the staff with her work ethic and enjoys drawing and coloring. Sarai is also a rule follower, and wants other students in the classroom to follow rules 😀

Maggie is a high school student at ESLA and loves to keep her classroom tidy. She likes to swing on the new playground and go for walks outside. Maggie has learned to play dominos with the class and also enjoys playing UNO with her classmates!
