@mybigfatface The Convention presented a quandary for unnaturalised Russian Jews living in the UK. They had to join the UK military, or be conscripted into the Russian military. Approximately 3k chose the latter, & shipped by UK to the northern port of Archangel. No lists are known to survive

Higher fees won't fix the problem. USCIS must create a plan to fix the 2+ year long backlog; fix the records management mess; cooperate with NARA and transfer the records to the archives where they belong.
