Our wastewater team is en route to repair an emergency forcemain break at 453 Hwy 2, Enfield this morning.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane. Please approach the work site with caution. Targeted repair completion time is 4pm

We are aware of a watermain break currently affecting customers in Lantz. Our team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide an update soon. Thank you for your patience!

Update: Water is currently shut off for customers between the Highway 2-Highway 277 Intersection and the CN Train Tracks on Highway 277 in Lantz.

East Hants Sportsplex delayed until 10am

Waste Management Centre delayed until 9am

PSA: East Hants water bills have NOT been impacted by the Canada Post strike.

The last water bill was issued Oct. 18, 2024. The next water bill will be issued Jan. 17, 2025.
