Great to meet with Prime Minister Mark Carney to sign an agreement to speed up approvals for major projects in Nova Scotia.
Our one project, one review model will cut duplication, shorten timelines, and give more certainty to builders and investors.
This will help get Nova Scotia's Wind West project moving, faster. With some of the strongest and most consistent offshore winds in the world, Wind West has the potential to power about a quarter of Canada's electricity needs.
All this means we can move faster on key infrastructure and energy projects, grow our economy, and position Nova Scotia as an energy leader.
