@AnglianHelp I did. I was flabbergasted to hear there was no case to answer hence my post. I have just spent £1500 putting it right. The photos speak for themselves
@AnglianHome put in some windows at our home and think the meet acceptable standards of installation. 5cm unfilled drafty gap around whole window. Leaving a drafty and cold room. Judge for yourselves #windows#anglianwindows#npvcwindows
parents obsessed with keeping their kids busy with little time to play, read and use their imagination. as a gp, see so many 17yr and 18yr olds of helicopter parents who are burnt out and have no inner drive because they have been pushed from day one.
@NickyAACampbell love your brekkie show, bit disappointed by lack of balance on your call. massive incidence of mental health issues amongst kids of pushy parents (academic and sport). particiption the key, most parents misguided. not enough kids know how to be bored at home.
@virginmedia same advice. buy a booster. utterly useless. internet works perfectly for 7 yrs and then stops working and definitely isnt anything to do with router.
@virginmedia yup. said ring customer services. rang them. got 80% through call and were going to book engineer after 30mins discussion. but cut off. and they didnt ring back.
@virginmedia fully functioning router with 60mb/s speed for 7yrs across whole house and then suddenly wifi doesnt even reach the next room....and boosters are the answer! really? cat6 connection to router is giving 58mbs but when i disconnect it drops to 2mbs.
@virginmedia yup. customer 7yrs. wifi reach throughout 3 floor house. no black spots. 2 wks wifi only extending 3 metres ie room with box. drops from 60mb/s on ethernet cat 6 to 2mb/s on wifi if in next room. no explanation for sudden drop in performance. cust serv said "buy some boosters"!!
@BlenheimTri i just received an invitation to enter the 2019. i was in a team for 2018 but one of the entrants mum died in australia the week of the event. & my mum contracted bowel cancer that same wk. we asked to defer our place. DENIED. not very charitable. #blenheimtri
@matthewsyed great podcast. interesting thoughts on winning and losing. the RFU has decided that all rugby under 11yrs should be non competetive and no matches are scored and no teams can be streamed on ability. there are no winners or losers, no A teams or B teams. any thoughts?
@matthewsyed dont seem to mind. i think the rationale is that because rugby is so physical they want to keep kids in the game longer. or at least until the teens when all the physical development occurs. but lack of streaming impacts the fine motor skill improvement of the best kids
