@jaketapper Quick question, Jake. The GOP might pick someone worse than McCarthy. Why doesn’t Jeffries come to the rescue and save McCarthy with Dem votes? It would undercut the right-wind flank and it could be the basis of a new bipartisanship.

The following numbers for Georgia as of 9:30 am on Nov 5th: Trump = 2,432,552 ; Biden = 2,413,966
percentage reported = 96%
.. and CCN says "61,367 ballots to be counted"
But my math shows the total would be 201,938 remain
