Playing around on procreate. If anyone has any tips, or resources Iโd appreciate it. Iโve been researching how to create a coloring book & all this technology is new to me. But loving it so far.
Iโm so glad Iโve had some down time today to get some cleaning done & work on my art. Whenever I work on my art I feel less anxious and feel more connected to myself.

When you are feeling uneasy or tense, try to question your thoughts. Why am I thinking this way? Question your negative feelings as it can help alleviate them. It helps process your emotions and questioning them helps to rationalize and be more present in your life.
