@JohnPasalis 100% agree unless we find a correlation solution between immigration and housing . Immigration is vital to the economic growth and housing value appreciation eventually discourage immigrant coming to Canada because living cost is number one on the list of any newcomer!

@nasmadotali Same cycle every time , home and condo prices become unaffordable and rental become the option then home prices moderate and again justify buying Vs renting but this cycle cause that housing price growth continue to be in positive territory every year.

@JohnPasalis That’s the issue that I have been talking for years , as a proud Canadian immigrant, we can’t just increase immigration quota but not plan housing for their needs and that’s the failure of multi tiers governments from federal level to cities!

@JohnPasalis Interpretation of charts and stats can be argued all day long since everyone has its own preservative but no one can argue that there is no mismatch of supply and demand and seems no one is offering a clear decisive long term sustainable solution from politicians to bankers!
