When I was 14, I came to Southampton Guildhall for an unsigned battle of the bands showcase. I stood right here with my best friend Chris (of @eatbeforeswim) and we dreamed that one day, we’d be on that showcase gig ourselves. Always pretty moving to be back here for a show.

Following the final FT tour date there is an aftershow party & DJ Set from 10-3am. We’ll both be there & the more we get Frank drunk the more I can sway him to play more metal

Life at 13 going into the recording studio for the very first time. The recording engineer tried to persuade us to cut out the swear words & gave us a book about religion. We politely declined but he was a lovely guy.

We were quite innocent back then to be fair- but in the second half of the video years later it all changed & we found drink, girls & house parties ha!

17 years ago today was not only the last ever Million Dead show but the last time we both shared the same stage together. One of the sweatiest, crammed in, emotional & most memorable gigs. A stark contrast to the gig below that in 2001 at The Railway Inn when 15 people turned up!

It’s been a month since the record came out & we’ve been checking out some of the playlists you’ve added us to. We weren’t sure who it would appeal to (if anyone but ourselves!)- but that’s certainly reflected in how diverse each playlist is from one another. Thank you so much!
