$20 was raised today. Whether that’s a lot or a little is for you to decide. But I deeply appreciate everyone who helps spread the word about this fundraiser, giving up something just as precious as money — their time.
Thank you for your trust, your support, and for standing with me, my dear friends.
russia is about to use a humanitarian crisis it CAUSED as a PR stunt.
Vital to remember that people are still in Oleshky because russia held them hostage as human shields. Putin will try rewrite history & pretend he cares about saving lives. But russia caused this.
🆘€1,239 to go! - Thank you! ♥️
Needed: pellets & wads for the 95th defenders to protect themselves against nasty birds! 🦅

@elonmusk@skscartoon Russia occupies Okeshjy. Putin is starving them to death. The killing doesn’t stop once Ukraine surrenders. Ukraine knows this. This is why they fight so hard. The only way to stop the killing is to stop Russia from killing. You know this from Bucha, Mariupol, Kherson….
$533 raised so far! That’s a fantastic result, friends. You’re the best! ❤️
We’re moving steadily toward our goal, and every contribution is bringing us closer.
My fundraisers may not involve the huge amounts you see elsewhere, but that doesn’t make them any less important. Behind every fundraiser is a real need, and behind every dollar is someone who decided that supporting Ukraine still matters.
If you’re wondering whether your donation makes a difference, it does. Every contribution counts, and every share can help this fundraiser reach someone willing to make a difference.
You can find reports on all my previous fundraisers right here on my profile. I believe in transparency, and I want you to see where your trust goes.
We’re not there yet. If you can help, please consider donating. If you can’t, a repost could be just as valuable in helping us reach the people who can.
Thank you for standing with us. Let’s get this done. 🇺🇦
$488 out of $1,760 raised so far. Honestly, that’s more than I expected, given how badly the X algorithm is limiting visibility.
Thank you for your trust and support, dear friends.
Believe me, I take no pleasure whatsoever in having to keep running fundraisers. But the reality is that I simply don’t have the financial means to cover even part of the essential needs required to carry out my duties in combat.
This is the reality I face, and I know I’m not alone. Many Ukrainian service members are struggling with the same situation.
Thank you for your understanding, your kindness, and every bit of support you give me. I never take it for granted. It means more to me than words can express.
So, friends…

Elon Musk claims that Ukraine allegedly violated Starlink's terms of use and used the system on combat drones.
As someone who was inside the process at the Ministry of Defense, I can say with certainty that this is not true.
In February of this year, whitelists were introduced. Stationary terminals could be registered by both military personnel and civilians.
But for any satellite terminal to work while on the move, it had to be added to a special list and connected to the military Starshield system. Otherwise, no satellite communication terminals in Ukraine would work.
In other words, using civilian Starlink for drone missions was technically impossible. All drone missions that required satellite communication could only be carried out using Starshield.
We are very grateful to the United States and SpaceX for access to critically important satellite communications. Ukraine did not violate the terms of use.
@elonmusk Ukrainians could have been advised if they were violating Starlink terms of service. Cutting speeds without warning left them unknowingly unable to DEFEND civilians, innocent children in a park, people in their beds.Ukrainians desperately want the killing to end. Putin does not.
@fellafranca@PosSumGame@cba500 I always try to use Monobank if I can too, so the fundraisers don’t lose money on exchange. It doesn’t work very often though. Seems like big accounts, it works, smaller ones, it doesn’t. Don’t know why some work and some don’t.
Commercial Starlink TOS includes mobility speed caps by plan: ~70-90 km/h for standard terminals, 160 km/h (100 mph) for Roam/Priority. Higher needs aviation tiers. These reflect antenna tracking limits, Doppler effects, and service differentiation.
Starshield is the military variant on the same constellation, with stronger encryption and normally no such caps for high-speed drone use. Ukraine's access is under US government contracts, so limits are set by the US military and ultimately the President, not SpaceX commercial TOS.
The recent 160 km/h cap on Ukraine Starshield disrupted fast interceptors; rationale remains disputed between technical/policy and operational control.
The original claim that Ukraine hacked Starlink terminals to fake stationary GPS readings has no confirmation from SpaceX, officials, or major outlets. It remains unverified speculation circulating online.
What is documented: Starshield (military Starlink) in Ukraine faced an abrupt ~160 km/h speed limit from around 14 Oct, disrupting high-speed drone and interceptor ops. Ukrainian officials including Zelenskyy reported this; multiple sources (Reuters, BBC, AP) covered it. Limits applied only in Ukraine territory per their tests. Service restored above 400 km/h by 24 Oct.
The most important thing today is that Starlink and Starshield operations have been restored to the speeds we had before the restrictions. The speeds are now where they need to be. The restoration began overnight, and by this morning, speeds were already sufficient. This matters: for our frontline logistics, for defending Ukraine against jet-powered “shaheds.”
I thank all Americans and all our partners who took this seriously and truly helped – members of Congress, senators, all the media, the State Department, and the President. Protecting lives matters.
