@TLRailUK Hi, just to say some of your trains are saying they terminate at Bedford and I know most people know they aren't, but it does seem to be causing some issues with people getting on at Luton Airport.

@TLRailUK Hi, I'm on the 9:02am rail replacement from Harpenden to Luton and the driver is completely lost - he went a different route for Luton Airport and we're now driving away from Luton.

@TLRailUK Here is the bus so you can see the numberplate and also the random location we had to walk from! We spoke to the driver to say he was lost but he didn't even apologise. Bit of a shambles really!

@TLRailUK Thank you. 20 minutes after we should've arrived, we ended up near the actual airport itself and the driver stopped at a random bus stop. We decided to get off as we had no faith in the driver and where he would go next, and we then walked 30 minutes back to Luton station.

@EastMidRailway Will the train be moving on with it's journey or enough for passengers to get off at Radeltt? Seems to be mixed messages and passengers are having to ask each other what is happening.

@TLRailUK Again? I know it's not your fault but we pay lots of money for a service that is substandard at best and no one higher up seems to care. Just becoming a joke.

@TLRailUK Would love to know where all this money and time spent on engineering works is going, it's definitely not on the service as it's just getting worse.

@TLRailUK There's always something, whenever I make plans now I have to factor in that I might not get there as the service has become so unreliable and no one seems to care.
