Lastly, I’m realizing I’m not just competing with other cleaning companies. I’m competing with informal operators who may not carry the same overhead. Tough market, but it clarifies the lane: professional, insured, reliable, and accountable.

A salon visit feels like a treat. Alcohol feels like entertainment. Cleaning feels like a chore people resent paying for. So even if cleaning creates real life value, the emotional category is different.
