I find it crazy how many people do not understand amortization schedules, mortgages, and debt in general.

There’s bad debt and good debt.

I mean the best thing is to be debt free, but you can’t really make it without carrying some sort of debt.

The more people understand, the better. It’s genuinely not that difficult to make something out of yourself if you have the vision.
