Your service has gone to the dogs and I stopped payment until you fix your mess. I refuse to pay for a service that is non-existant.

@Mukhathutshelwa @BonitasMedical Mine got deactivated without any notice. Arrive at Dischem today with a script and had to leave because Dischem kindly informed me my benefit booster is deactivated. What was the point of doing in January if you are just going to remove our benefits

@Darren20041950 @BonitasMedical Oh good luck. It took 3 business days before an agent even responded to the WhatsApp function. You don't even have an option to end the chat. They change contact numbers for chronic depts without notifying members.
Email as unattended.
Medical bills remain unpaid.

Phone calls keep your holding.
It's 2 weeks later and still no response to emails.
You are not alone, since Momentum takeover Bonitas has gone to the dogs. Such terrible service
