Understood it’s not signed into law yet, so legislation could change or Ripple could lower threshold to 19.9% of their XRP supply to become compliant.

@Brett_Crypto_X 🤦‍♂️… yes judge has jurisdiction over the judgement for one year. However, when SEC and Ripple dropped their appeals recently, it was agreed SEC would ask the judge to remove this judgement. Estimated timeframe = max 60 days.
