@ONCustServ Upset w/ the cx srv Ive received n the last 24 hrs. Wht strted as a good online shoppin exp dsnt end good. I ordr 5 items online, 1 shirt. I went to the store, asked to exch a different sz. Rep looks @ my email and said tht she cldnt find my order and cldnt help me.
In order to get to @Enterprise I have to call a lyft...so now I’ve paid $30 for that and you tell me after the fact. Upset that the plans have changed and still needing to p/u 1 more guest from the airport. I decide to let my driver know to drop us off at the airport...
From the moment we landed on Friday I reserved a car online en route to @Enterprise I receive a call from the plantation location advising that they didn’t have any cars for rent and the location nearby didn’t have any either since that was their sister location + they share cars
Mmmmh... where do I begin with FLL Enterprise and their horrible cx service that we’ve been dealing w/ since we’ve been on vacation for this past week @Enterprise. I’ve been hung up on 2x because I’ve has several complaints. We have still not heard back from the district manager
