@SouthwestAir out $3k to get a flight 3 hours from home THEN a rental car to drive rest at 27 weeks pregnant and missing critical OB appointment. SW manager at airport could not have cared any less. Shrugged. “Heck no I won’t guarantee you will be reimbursed. No one will.”

@SouthwestAir 27 weeks pregnant. Flight from ATX to SEA cancelled with 0 notice. Rebooking option in January (it is 12/26). Manager shrugged at me. Another told me “start driving”. I said, you want me to drive 33.5 hours?
