@longislandviper Btw their were reports that xbox could be offering a cheaper cloud only subscription to have access to their servers. Would line up with this new marketing push. Knowing how internet connections are getting cheaper, faster and can carry more data/ms... #recipeforsuccess
@longislandviper But in a way its also market awareness. Its fair in that its get people thinking where they can play without an actual console. Only need to iron out internet connection which is very doable. On xbox side just need to iron out cloud infrastructure that should be game set match.
@Navaid_22@longislandviper Listen xbox series s was an entry point but also a viable depending on your expectations. But to phase it out seems natural. At least it costs less. Where ps5 pro makes ps5 look like a mistake purchase when you think about.
Real talk: IMO Xbox is going to see a drop off in subs if they raise Game Pass prices again in the next 12 months. The new prices are charging you ~2 months worth more ($36) a year for Ultimate.
People are tired of subscriptions raising prices. The whole thing seems at a saturation point and customers are feeling the squeeze and cancelling.
Xbox making this announcement without any outline of how it will be better for consumers is a mistake.
No matter what the state of Star wars. Star Wars will never die. Its just one of those things that is now eternal. The seed has already been planted and you just cant stop it now. The dark forces will try but the light will shine through always.
