I thought I could do it myself..buying boxes over counter at the chemist but no,it doesn’t work like that you need the triple medications the doctor prescribes..
2 types antibiotic PPI and sometimes ant acids also..

Point being ..I went around with mine for like 5 (burning stomach) years and am only getting help now don’t be a me..get it sorted and refuse to move until they have a clear explanation with supporting proof plan or result, understand its not easy to stop life and go sit in AnE, its a must when it comes to your internal health
