@CastleWaterLtd Please explain why as a business customer the readings supplied by the wholesaler, Affinity, weren’t adopted by CW from the CMS for 2021 and 2022. It was not until CW adopted the meter read Affinity took on 13/2/23 that we were alerted to an extremely high usage

@PFP_Energy_B2B tell me how it is acceptable to allow up to 7 days to replace a faulty meter in a pub/restaurant? Have had to close as can’t use cookers or extraction fans and no lighting in toilets. We’ve just about survived a pandemic and then this....

@CastleWaterLtd A bill for over £5k for Nov 20-May 21. Sent meter reading and instead of an adjusted bill got an overdue reminder. Took 45 minutes on the phone to get you to issue a correct bill. And this is the second time it’s happened. OFWAT here we come
