It took @MTNGhana almost 720 hours to credit the bundle and I am told it cant be reversed becuz 72 hrs has elapsed🤦♂️!
I DIDNT even ve the credit within the 72 hrs to ask for the reversal.
Pls come again🙄... in 11days this will be 2 mths now

I purchased a bundle on 24/11/21, my momo was debited but it did not reflect. All attempts to ve this rectified proved futile until I requested for refund on 22/12/21. Suddenly bundle showed up. I have no need of it now pls refund my payment. tnx

I sent a DM a week ago and no shred of response has been received. If you do not seek to resolve the matter kindly have the cost of the bundle sent back to my momo account... no wahala!
