@MTNNG@MTNMoMoGroup Ejoor please what has been going on with your apps, it’s all jumbled up and not tallying right now I don’t even know which is which.
Ejoor now.
One marketing mistake I see often is trying to speak to everybody.
"We help businesses grow."
"Solutions for individuals and businesses."
"Your trusted technology partner."
These statements sound safe but often say very little.
The more clearly you can identify the person, problem and situation you're speaking to, the easier it becomes to create marketing that actually feels relevant.
If you're struggling to create content for your business, stop asking:
"What should we post today?"
Ask:
"What questions do our customers keep asking?"
"What do they misunderstand?"
"What are they afraid of?"
"What do they compare us with?"
"What almost stops them from buying?"
There is usually enough content sitting inside your customer conversations already.
This encounter still tops as one of the cutest things to happen to me this week.
Went to a shop to buy something and this cat walked out on its own, came to me and gestured for head rubs.
Then went back like this was a normal thing🥹🥹🥹
