@myaccessbank I am really regretting using access bank. All you guys do is apologize. How do you apologize that your inefficiency prevents one from access to health and care? For a matter as simple as raising my account’s transaction limit. My details have been confirmed yet, nil
@myaccessbank With all the complaints I made yesterday, officially and right here via DMs, yet nothing. You guys just set up some robots to react to queries. I just think that’s preposterous, inefficient and unbecoming for a bank like Access.
@myaccessbank please promptly respond to my messages. Why am I not able to upgrade the transaction limit on my account? By the way, I have tried to get the bank to resolve it and their body language shows that it is not what the bank wants to do. They keep giving useless excuses
@myaccessbank I do not know the process via which you select account officers. You call and try to connect with them and then, phone goes off. You get the bank agents to help , they will be saying different things on the same matter. It’s preposterous.
@myaccessbank please look into this with all sense of urgency. Why should a bank app not have such a basic functionality? Worse still, the bank agents are not even trying to solve the issue. They are just asking for unnecessary things.
