[4/n] To visualize joint RoM, we present the Spherical Frame Projection (SFP) method. SFPs are intuitive to interpret in relation to the joint anatomy because they ‘trace’ the motion of the coordinate system of the distal bone at a joint relative to the proximal bone.

*like a rib...but on your head? I have no idea, you'll have to read the paper. Lungfish are crazy and awesome.
