Again, I didn't say that living conditions didn't contribute. Due to Russia being a high poverty country not everyone has access to it, so it's an endemic

@KimberWren @tomkektv @kyanbr0x @luckytran I only lived in Russia, but part of it is due to poverty rates and people not getting the vaccine and also HIV being a huge endemic there too. Also, TB tends to mutate and become stronger strains. People receive the vax as a baby or infant but -

When I lived in Eastern Europe almost everyone got it because it's quite bad over there, and guess what, I ended up getting TB while there bc we don't get the vax
