Today… Chelsea got shredded!

It was great to greet neighbors and securely dispose of documents.

This year, our Senate Democratic Majority passed Francesco’s Law, sponsored by Senator @ebottcher , to modernize New York’s safe-storage laws by requiring all gun owners to securely store their guns when they are not being used or carried. The bill was recently signed into law.

We cannot bring Francesco back, but his legacy will live on through the lives this law will save.

Last night was an incredibly emotional and meaningful evening as we celebrated @GovKathyHochul signing Francesco’s Law into law.

I was deeply honored to be recognized alongside my Assembly co-sponsor, Khaleel Anderson, by @NYAGV1 for our work to pass this landmark legislation.
