This is far from the worst colony items drop rng possible but damn it's bad:
-no pristine nanoforge
-no dealmaker holosuite
-enough orbital lamp to colonise a black hole
-but no plasma dynamo to supplies them with enough volatiles
-also 4 catalytics cores because fuck you why not
