Students and professionals who passed months of background checks and legally entered the U.S. are now stuck in processing pauses, labeled with a “negative factor” solely for being Iranian.
Many face the risk of falling out of status through no fault of their own.
Even NIW cases that clearly serve U.S. national interest are affected.
We are not our government.

Skilled Iranians are losing legal status due to paused immigration cases and because being Iranian is treated as a negative factor tied to their government. They are not their government. They suffer under it! Why not stop this?

By far the hardest truth I live with is being born Iranian. You can’t escape this passport, no matter how hard you work or how much you achieve. These days I’m reading Man’s Search for Meaning—trying to find some kind of meaning in all of this.

@NizNellie3 @ShivaAJones This is false information! You have no idea of how Iranian student visa is working. This guys was absolutely legal. He was assured by his university officials to stay in USA. Visa revocation only means no international travel and doesn’t have anything to do with student’s status.
