@hammam_2024 I can see entropion with eyelashes contact with corneal surgace. Check corneal surface for erosions. Temporary measures of heavy lubrication with topical abx if there is erosions. Definite managment is surgery depend on cause of entropion

@hammam_2024 It looks like a conjunctival inclusion cyst. Heavy lubs with surgical excision is the definite treatment. Needle aspiration will result in re-filling

@fyqah112 Begin with hx of the main issue what is it for how long any pohx? Family hx ? Medications? Systemic illness? Then complete ocular examination include dilation.

For now he has flat corneas but no hyperopia and high astigmatism left eye. Thinking of lenticonus

@fyqah112 I would advise sun exposure and decrease near vision activity as myopia is very common , but not atropine or IOP lowering therapy for myopia control.

@fyqah112 Axial length and lens thickness within normal range, so its myopia due to steep cornea. would do corneal topography just to check for corneal ectasia. Post cyclo its -5 with accomodation it will be even higher. I will give glasses
