hindi kasi sapat na rest assured lang na may mauupuan kami, ang problema kasi eh hindi naman yan yung view na inunahan naming kuhanin… sa dami naming day 2 ticket holders kung bubuksan niyo yung obstructed seats aba’y oo makakaupo kami, pero that’s not what we paid for!!! hindi siya equivalent sa binayad namin kaya kami naghahanap ng assurance sa magiging seats namin kasi yang lintek na refund na yan eh mauuna kesa sa ticket exchange
