@eurofounder@Cristrom17 Tips pay for a service....like a server provides at a restaurant. Your airbnb host provided a place, not a service. Therefore, no tip.
@deestweets23@slafkaj Living here, you adjust....and then playing at sea level becomes even easier. They *might* be affected for a month, tops, and that's being generous (esp considering they're pro athletes). Altitude sickness can be avoided if you hydrate well. This would.only be a concern modseason
I guess you're just never going to take the Baltimore out of me (but there is a LOT of Baltimorese I definitely don't use.) also I might take it again bc I had multiple answers for a lot of questions ๐
@ian_kerwood@agoofy_yeti@mjeslfc I'm having serious concerns about your reading comprehension skills, as I've made it abundantly clear that if a woman thinks this is a violation, she can tell the guy to wait. What is confusing about that
@ian_kerwood@agoofy_yeti@mjeslfc I'm literally NOT. I'm consenting for myself and only myself. I plainly stated that I can tell the man to come in, if I am the only one in the room, and that other women can tell him to wait. If he's already in there, other women can choose to wait, or go about their business
@ian_kerwood@agoofy_yeti@mjeslfc Again, men will announce their need to take their daughters into the bathroom before they go in. That is not quiet. And if I, a woman washing my hands at the sink and the only one in the room, say "come on in," then no, my boundaries have NOT been violated.
@ian_kerwood@agoofy_yeti@mjeslfc Then it's a good thing they aren't just barging in unannounced and instead making sure anyone in the space doesn't feel violated before they go in.
@ian_kerwood@agoofy_yeti@mjeslfc He can & that doesn't change what I said at all. Your boundary STILL isn't being crossed. But I would rather a woman walk into the bathroom while a man is helping his young daughter in a stall than a man. & that's only gonna happen in the womens. She can choose to walk back out
@BrianDBowers@AlexGodofsky I think if you ever have daughters, you'll have much larger problems than taking them to the bathroom. I'd feel bad for them
@ian_kerwood@agoofy_yeti@mjeslfc No one is saying it's optional. If you have that boundary, then when a man announces he wants to bring his daughters in to use the bathroom, you tell him to wait. Believe it or not, in the real world people practice common courtesy. It's that easy
@mjeslfc@agoofy_yeti You think he wouldn't have used the family restroom if there was one available? This was a gas station. I HIGHLY doubt a family restroom was an option.
@RudeOnion@ClubAtheists@RinToesucker The guy knocked and made sure the bathroom was empty before taking his daughters in. Common courtesy that almost everyone possesses. If someone had said "please wait til I'm finished" he would have. This is not a new phenomenon. Men are not just barging in freely
@BrianDBowers@AlexGodofsky I just told you how to explain it. As a woman, that's all you have to say. I guess your brain isn't big enough to comprehend an eye roll emoji
@BrianDBowers@AlexGodofsky "hey sorry, my daughter is in the stall, we'll be done in a minute." Yeah, so awkward, and definitely not something a woman would be able to figure out ๐
