@festus20601@cenbank@Easemoni_ng When you're in a country where almost nothing works, what do you expect.
I did a complain via their official email, and copied the NCC @NgComCommission the credit bureau. No feedback, either from them or the regulatory authorities copied.
We have a long way to go as a nation.
@kegidonsleek@easemoni@okash The same thing I did bro,
Collected a loan (small though - 11k) which I honestly never needed.
If they don't guarantee that my profile will be deleted from their system, I'm not repaying.
Cos I don't see any reason why they won't have an option to delete profile and opt out.
@festus20601@cenbank@Easemoni_ng I had to actually download the app to collect a small loan (11k) with no intention to repay just so a human customer care will call so I complain, since my complaint via Playstore and email bounced.
@festus20601@cenbank@Easemoni_ng I wonder what makes them think calls are better than SMS to announce their offers.
They keep spam calling me
Annoyingly most times in the middle of transactions, their call will just interrupt my transfers.
Sometimes in the middle of a meeting.
@UnegbuPatrick1@kemdammy@Oforma19@AishaYesufu Don't mind some people, sometimes I wonder the hole they removed them from - to see something wrong and boldly applaud and defend it.
"Is he sitting?" so the ones in the right posture don't have pockets right, or they don't have sense abi...?
@afrisagacity To think that the legislature (that should be independent) are a major tool used in all these is worrisome.
God save Nigeria from rubber stamp legislators...

How does it even sound "when a couple in an βirregularβ situation or same-sex couples seek a blessing, it shouldn't coincide with d ceremonies of a civil union or bear resemblance to wedding rituals." In other words, join same-sex couples but don't follow d normal rituals
