Timeline of events
1. The vehicle was already at the drop off point by 20:28:39

2. The individual assumed to be Peter Obi was seen walking away from the vehicle by 20:28:48 (9 secs later)

3. The driver parked the car by 20:30:00 and left by 20:30:56 (56 secs after parking)

4. Driver returned again by 20:32:15 (79secs after leaving)

5. Driver left again by 20:34:15 (2mins after returning)

6. 43 secs after The vehicle was clamped.

NB There were other cars parked in that area as well.

So how exactly did the vehicle violate the parking rules if other cars were equally parked there and there were no “No Parking” signs?
