When I had one of my multiple miscarriages, I needed to get a d&c (abortion) to deal with it or I could have died. It was extremely traumatic and I can NOT imagine how it would have been if I had been denied the right to do this. I am honestly scared for women’s rights in America amongst other things. Ive been playing shows in Hawaii for a couple of years now and it didn’t feel right going this year with everything the people of Maui have been going through. So instead of playing a show there this weekend ive decided to donate $10,000 to the Hawaii Peoples Fund, to help provide immediate relief to those directly impacted by the wildfires in Maui. And we will be rescheduling these shows for 2024!
