The President of the African Handball Confederation (CAHB), Dr. Adolphe Aremou Mansourou, arrived in Rwanda early on 1st March 2025, accompanied by a delegation of four officials from Africa and Europe.
The mission's primary objective is to engage with high-level authorities on the ongoing preparations for the 2026 African Cup of Nations (Senior Men), scheduled for 16–31 January 2026.
On the first day, Dr Mansourou and his delegation visited BK Arena and Petit Stade. He also met with the Rwanda U21 National Team, currently preparing to represent Rwanda and Africa in the IHF Intercontinental Trophy, delivering an encouraging message to the players.
