Notes: Once you accepted an order, the taker will know your Telegram handle in order to communicate to you. Complete anonymous chat coming soon.
When trading on Local eCash, funds are not held by the platform.
They are escrowed in eCash's covenant, in which only buyer and seller can mutually unlock.
On disputes, arbitrator sends his signature to the winner to unlock the funds, without being able to unlock it himself.
