This is how regular customers are treated by @Olacabs. It isn't the matter of a refund but the fact that the driver will go on to fool other customers and get away with it. Pathetic.

Last Saturday, travelling from suburbs to NSCI, my driver from @Olacabs made me pay toll. I take the route regularly,I asked him why. He said Ola instructed. Being alone decided to approach customer service instead of arguing. This is the reply even with a toll receipt with time.
