wasn’t as good as i thought it would be and the central theme wasn’t particularly my jam, but it’s acted great, the production design is really good, and it’s a very nice film to look at visually. this is also made by a dude who’s the same age as me, i can’t hate it

his wrong doings through beautiful, flowery language. the road trips are sometimes boring but a lot of important characterisation happens there, so so be it. overall, i liked it. very weird feeling that a pedophile was kind of charming(?) but it was a very good read more nabokov!
