“One of my personal hopes for this event is, other than mitigating fear, is to promote hope,” Amarillo added on. “It’s empowering to share our sorrows, our pains, or worries with other people. It’s a community, which is a part of our school name.”
“I haven’t seen any official announcements, any official standings, anything from our campus, that I’m aware of,” Alamillo said concerning El Camino’s response regarding the ongoing conflict. “I’m extremely disappointed with that.”
