Tw abuse:
My parents did this sort of thing for me and when I left the house I got human trafficked. I didn't understand it wasn't normal because under my TRAFFICKER I had more control over my life than I did my under my own parents roof
@FrMatthewLC I guess that's one way to interpret this. The other is that asking for ID in order to access a site is both expensive, hard to maintain, and likely to drive site traffic down
@WomenBeingAwful My ex is a deadbeat with visitation rights. I should have fought harder to keep him away because he is psychologically harming my child and at this point I'm powerless to stop it.
@FunkyBobMusic When I was single if I didn't do the dishes one day I'd have an extra pot and a plate. Now, the sink's full and the lunch box needs to be packed.
Even with my partner and I splitting things, it seems like the total work is more than double.
When theists have never researched or spoken to someone who understands atheism.
And we're supposed to look to these guys as moral authorities? No thank you.
@crochet_mom314 Your religion saying something is wrong makes it wrong for you to do, not me.
Only your third point applies to society at large, and it would suggest that killing babies/children is wrong, but abortion is not.
Did anyone in the 80s/90s ever get asked what your sexuality was? Or did everyone assume everyone else was straight and act that way?
Doesn't mean gay people weren't around back then. It means straight people were ignorant or bigoted. Cut to:
Did anyone in the 80’s/90’s, even the early naughties EVER get asked what gender you identity as?
Anyone grew up with a ‘transgender friend’ at school?
Did anyone sit through an inclusivity class & understand what ‘top surgery’ was, as a child, for example?
Me neither.
Racist white people made a test of "intelligence" that, coincidentally, shows that white people are typically more intelligent than black people.
And you believe it. So what does that make you?
@crochet_mom314@FamiliarZen Yeah, assuming there was an embryo in that fallopian tube, that's an abortion. A more invasive one than most, it looks like, but you had a growing embryo, underwent a medical procedure, and the embryo was removed. That's an abortion. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that
@DrCalumMiller You do, actually.
If someone is seeking abortion care past 24 weeks, something's gone wrong. No one is willingly pregnant for five months and then changes their mind for no reason.
I'm not willing to get between a woman and her doctor to dictate her healthcare. Why are you?
@TopGfollower3 @AbortionChat Turns out women and their doctors aren't homicidal maniacs, so giving access to abortions has never, not once, caused someone to abort a fetus one second before delivery.
Almost like we're pro choice at all points, not pro aborting all pregnancies at all points.
