@MrSantos787 Yeah....and don't drown your sorrows in substances on those bad days. Get addicted to exercise, nutrition and adequate sleep.

@MrSantos787 But also be willing to work hard and long....look how hard football coaches work. Try to capture that level of drive, especially early on. Once you get a flywheel spinning, you can work on efficiency...but especially at first, do not be afraid of great effort.
