@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp I am very frustrated with the process Airbnb has set up due to covid19 for handling their customers. I will not forget this experience. Like I said before I want to speak to a supervisor that can actually handle my case rather than people who keep passing me along

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp I’ve had numerous case managers that do absolutely nothing. I need my $2,000 back onto my card. I want to speak on a phone call to a supervisor as soon as possible. If not my family has a family lawyer that would be more than happy to do a pro bono case.

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp so I paid an extra $300 to do that. Then I was told that I couldn’t be refunded onto my card. Then I was offered $100 for my troubles. However for the past month I have not talked to anyone that has the ability to refund me MY money Airbnb is currently holding on to.
